Located in San Carlos, CA in the middle of the San Francisco peninsula, Electrocut-Pacific is at the cross roads of the latest developments in medical, aerospace, and Silicon Valley advances. We specialize in quick turnarounds, competitive priced projects at the highest quality standards. We are able to blend over 42 years of EDM experience with the latest technologies to deliver superior service. Our EDM facility is able to produce runs of thousands to 10s or 100s pending the amount needed for the project. We are able to produce large (up to 3,300 lbs) to small micro-medical parts. From production or creating a prototype with a quick turnaround, Electrocut-Pacific provides quality wire, sinker, and hole EDM products for our clients. History

Electrocut-Pacific started in 1969 as Jerry Carroll Machining with 1 Bridgeport milling machine.  Within a year the shop had grown to include a lathe, surface grinder, more milling machines and two Tool & Die Makers.  By 1972 several more Tool & Die Makers had been hired.  A Charmilles D20 sinker EDM was added to support the production of carbide die inserts and other complex tool and die components.

In 1974 Jerry became intrigued with the possibilities of the new NC controlled wire EDM.  He purchased an AGIE DEM 15, becoming the first shop west of Chicago to have wire EDM capability. Since then, we have continued to keep current with the latest EDM technology and capabilities.
